About this venue
Our hall is perfect for events such as large social gatherings and corporate seminars. We have capacity for up to 130 people comfortably sitting at large round tables. The hall is equipped with a professional sound system and projector. Facilities included in the hire price: projectors and screens, sound system, kitchen (no oven and heating is not allowed), toilets, tables and chairs (without white covers). We also have free parking. White covers are available at an additional cost. No alcohol. No confetti. Looking forward to having you!

- 10–19 days before the event:The 30% deposit is non-refundable; the rest is refunded.
- 9 days or fewer before the event:No refund.
A 30% deposit secures your date — it’s what you forfeit if you cancel late, not a separate charge. If the venue cancels, you’re refunded in full.
Your payment is held securely by Samia and only released to the venue after your event.
