  • 10–19 days before the event:The 30% deposit is non-refundable; the rest is refunded.
  • 9 days or fewer before the event:No refund.

A 30% deposit secures your date — it’s what you forfeit if you cancel late, not a separate charge. If the venue cancels, you’re refunded in full.

Your payment is held securely by Samia and only released to the venue after your event.
