About this venue

Located on the first floor, The Committee Room is steeped in history. It features an original fireplace, a vaulted hand plastered ceiling and a Royal Doulton terracotta plaque carved in 1903.

The formality of the oak-panelled walls is wonderfully offset by the large, playful peacock painting, the Lalique bird lights and the bespoke furnishings.

  • 9 days or fewer before the event:No refund.

A 30% deposit secures your date — it’s what you forfeit if you cancel late, not a separate charge. If the venue cancels, you’re refunded in full.

Your payment is held securely by Samia and only released to the venue after your event.
