State-of-the-art lighting and AV has been designed and installed by the National Theatre’s Sound and Lighting departments, providing an inspiring backdrop for conferences, away-days, and product launches. In addition, the Buffini Chao Deck is licensed for weddings, with London’s skyline and the Thames riverscape providing the perfect setting to say ‘I do’.

- 20 days or more before the event:Full refund.
- 10–19 days before the event:The 30% deposit is non-refundable; the rest is refunded.
- 9 days or fewer before the event:No refund.
A 30% deposit secures your date — it’s what you forfeit if you cancel late, not a separate charge. If the venue cancels, you’re refunded in full.
Your payment is held securely by Samia and only released to the venue after your event.
