    Share your event details and any questions. It takes about two minutes, costs nothing, and a hold is placed on your payment method — not a charge.

  • Your final quote, confirmed

    Most venues reply within 24–48 hours with availability and a written final price. If they decline or don’t respond, nothing happens to your money.

  • Your payment is captured

    Only once your booking is confirmed is the hold captured — by EVC, ZAAD, SAHAL, or card. Your date is locked in.

  • Event day

    Show up and enjoy. Your quote, booking details, and the venue’s contact stay in your account the whole way.
