How you're protected
Before you book
Browse verified venues with real prices and real reviews. Enquiries are free, and you're never charged for asking.
When you pay
Nothing is charged until your booking is confirmed. Confirming pays a 50% advance, with the rest due before your event — both held safely in escrow. If a venue can't confirm, nothing was ever charged.
If plans change
Clear cancellation windows apply to every booking, shown before you pay. No fine print, no surprises.
If something goes wrong
